Byron Bay

Beautiful Byron Bay

This is by far my favorite place to be, it takes about one and a half hours to get to Bryon from the gold coast but definitely worth the trip.

They have some great market stalls at the weekend where you can buy local food, and unusual gifts, they also have some local bands playing at the markets which is nice and chilled, also some yummy food stalls.

In the evenings theres a great pub we go to, which plays live music and is kid friendly.

We spend a lot of time in Byron, we go camping a lot, there are a variety of camping sites at Byron Bay, to suit different age groups and crowds.

THIS WAS A BEAUTIFUL LIGHTHOUSE, YOU HAVE THE OCEAN ALL AROUND YOU
AND IF YOUR LUCKY YOU CAN SPOT THE WHALES, WE DID.

You can take a walk up to the lighthouse as the parking is not great when you get to the top, there are only about 10 parking spaces, but we enjoyed the walk up as there is plenty of beautiful scenery to take in and you can capture some great pictures.

We also collected some great shells on the beach at the bottom, very unusual one and so pretty.

The beaches are amazing, the shops and markets are great and the people are chilled!

My Mum and brother joe took a surf lesson and they really enjoyed it.
