Home Made Pie & Mash - Made by my DAD

So since being in Australia my parents have really missed a proper Pie and Mash shop (their words) well actually they don't do Pie & mash shops?
So my dad decided to make his own, and guess what???
They came out soooooo good.. we make him make it every weekend on a Saturday.
My sister Skye is the best at making the pastry.
my mum slow cooks the mince.
And then dad puts it all together, and all I do is eat it....that's the best part!! yummy in my tummy ...
