Taking the Tram to Surfers Paradise

Today we took The Tram to Surfers Paradise, it was a good day. 🚡

Stage 2 has now been completed so we were able to hop on at Helensvale all the way to Surfers, the tram does carry on all the way to Broadbeach south with stops in between.





Along the way, you can see all the buildings they have had built for the Commonwealth Games, it is amazing how quick its all gone up.

To use the Trams the best way to go is buy a GO CARD, which you get from newsagents and 7 - Eleven shops, today we just purchased a paper ticket as we don't use trams a great deal.


The Trams come along every 7 minutes or so, so you don't have to wait around for too long thank goodness as my little brother has no patience.😏

















We found a lovely little park in surfers and had a picnic, its been so humid today so after lunch, we walked around the shopping center to keep cool.

Just before we headed back to the tram, we took a stroll along this gorgeous beach.
